Founded in 2019, Condos Meublés Rive-Sud was born from the vision of Louis-Charles and Sophie, a duo of determined entrepreneurs who had already acquired three condos before officially launching their business. They quickly noticed a growing need for quality temporary rentals, intended for traveling professionals and people looking for comfortable, turnkey accommodation for a specific period.

Each unit available on our site has been carefully designed to meet our high standards of comfort and quality. We also work with owners who share our vision of impeccable service, in order to offer temporary housing adapted to the needs of our customers (pied-à-terre for professionals, disaster victims, separation contexts, accommodation between two homes, annual “snowbird” travelers).

Offered for stays of one month or more, we offer you a turnkey solution, where you only have to put down your suitcases and enjoy a welcoming, well-equipped and well-maintained space. Please note that we do not offer short-term rentals of less than 30 days (such as Airbnb or VRBO).
